Private, quiet, safe neighborhood. One bed, bath kitchenette, den, washer dryer, private entrance, your own deck just outside your door. Backed up to green space, quiet neighbors on each side of us.

What a wonderful place!

I can't recommend this place enough! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and the owners were so nice and accommodating and helped me out more times than I can account. It's right next to Portland and downtown Vancouver so there's no shortage of things to do, and it's in an excellent area for outdoor activities as well. The neighborhood itself was safe and clean and close to a few local parks. I especially enjoyed staying here during the summer and getting a great view of all the mountains! Once again, I highly recommend staying here.

Comfortable and welcoming

I had a very positive experience during my ~4 month stay in this space. The apartment is comfortable, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the owners are a very friendly couple. With an outside patio, in-unit washing machine, and private entrance, along with all the other amenities, it had everything I needed for my stay in Vancouver. I would happily stay here again. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent Place & Location

This short term apartment was such a wonderful experience! The owners are very nice and welcoming. Everything was in working order and there were no issues the entire duration of stay. The area is quiet and the backyard patio is very beautiful and relaxing. There is ample street parking if needed. It is a very reasonable distance to the Vancouver VA which I rode my bike to most days. I would highly recommend this location for anyone who needs a place in the area!

Super nice one bedroom in private and quiet location

This property is amazing! It was super clean and looked like new. It's a downstairs apartment in a beautiful home and it's completely private with it's own entryway on the back of the home. You have your own patio secluded and just outside the door. I couldn't believe how quiet it was. You can really enjoy relaxing there indoors and outside on the patio. It has a great little kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. The bathroom has two entries so you can get to it directly from the bedroom or the living room. Also, for me a big plus was a really nice washer and dryer located off the the side of the kitchen. It was so convenient. The owners were amazing.... super friendly and so helpful. The location is great and is close to anywhere you could possibly want to get to. I highly recommend this property. It was such a great experience staying there!!
