Poor condition

Pictures I thought looked great and with price I was expecting a nice apartment. I had to leave 3 weeks in to my 10 week lease due to many problems with the tenant upstairs and apartment itself. Also landlord was not responding in timely manner even when I had leak from ceiling. He was kind enough to end my lease so I didn't have to pay more, but I think rent should be lower for the condition it's in. I did like having the laundry in the apartment. The entrance is through side of house and in morning it's pitch black which was hard to see leaving early in day. This was the worst one I have ever lived in. Didn't realize the cleaning fee would be taken from my deposit and I cleaned the place deeply.
