The property outside is not the one advertised. It is a different entrance and the owner is a rude, disrespectful and unhuman "human being". She left us out in the middle of the night evern though I had paid one month in advance deposit with a contract thinking she is a human being.

The space is designed like a studio with a queen bed, smart TV, couch, table, full kitchenette, storage units, and a private bathroom! The only spaces shared with the landlord are the washer/dryer, which was recently updated Oct 2024 and the AMAZING backyard, with a pool! There is a shared garage space and security cameras located on the property! The host is kind, accommodating, and gives her guest privacy! This experience was nothing short of an 11/10! I would stay here again and recommend! So, don't wait, BOOK NOW!

Great Stay

Wonderful stay, very accommodating and clean. Nice quiet neighborhood. Driveway parking, Washer/Dryer, plenty of storage for clothes and full fridge space for food. Great place for travel work and students. Great communication from the host if anything is needed. I had no issues,

Great location

This is a great room/space to rent for a travel nurse or other migrant professional. You get a private bedroom w/ closet, dresser, TV, nightstands etc. and a private full bathroom. The rest of the house is shared with the owner who works a lot and isn't home very often. It's a split-level so there are 2 living rooms so even if you're both home, you can watch TV separately without having to hang in your bedroom. She is super friendly and easy going though so you will also make a friend. The kitchen has high end appliances and everything you would need to cook or meal prep for work. The backyard pool looks amazing but I unfortunately moved in after it was closed up for the season. I would definitely stay here again, hopefully in the summer to take advantage of that backyard oasis!
