BEST location

This is the best location in SF. Walkable, safe, and so much to do in the area. Everything you need is 5 minutes away. I commuted to mission from here with my car, also could use the bus easily. The place is clean, updated, and quiet. I loved this spot and didn't want to leave, stayed for almost a year. Great landlords - very helpful and kind. Couldn't recommend enough!

The best neighborhood

The most perfect place. Close to everything, beautiful area. Parking is doable with short term parking permit. Brad and Lisa are so great. Very lucky to have lived here!!

Great Spot in Russian Hill

Brad and Lisa place is not only in a great location, but the house is a true home. They have a kitchen fully equipped to cook and enjoy. Along with a bathroom with heated floors that make you feel like you are in luxury. It's perfect location close to restaurants and stores on both Hyde and Polk street.

Stunning Apartment, Great Location & Amazing Hosts

A friend and I recently moved to SF and were looking for a month-to-month short-term rental that was furnished and to be able to commute to the Financial District. This place was absolutely amazing & I wish we could've stayed longer. The whole apartment was recently renovated with everything being high-quality with new appliances, flooring, etc. The added bonus was the heated floors in the bathroom. B & L stocked up the whole apartment with everything we could ever need to live there. The unit is slightly off the street which allows for more privacy. Location-wise it was about a ~30 min commute (walk or bus) into the Financial District and the apartment is located in an amazing area only one block away from Polk St and tons of amenities. B & L were awesome landlords and super-responsive to any issues that came-up. I'd highly recommend this apartment and it worked perfectly for my friend and I during our stay.
