I stayed in this location for a year, the area is really nice and I like how they have a farmers market down the street on sundays. The bed is comfortable and the living room is cozy. It was a short drive to and from my assignment. The upper unit does have a lot of stairs just an fyi important to know if you have a disability or don't do well with stairs. An is nice and good at communicating.

Perfect stay!

This rental was perfect as a traveling student. The space had everything I needed-clean, spacious, and comfortable. Also, I loved the area! I took many walks to Hyde Park Square. An was very communicative and helpful.

Amazing Rental

I had to pleasure of renting this great property for my graduate school clinical rotation at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. I ventured from Wisconsin and this apartment was the perfect accommodation for my time spent in Cincinnati. The property manager was extremely attentive and always allowed myself to contact at any time, if need be. I highly recommend choosing this listing as a place to stay as the apartment is very well kept and the neighborhood is a 11/10!

Quiet, Luxurious Apartment in Great Neighborhood

I stayed in this property during a travel nurse contract, and it was more than I could have asked for! It was in a nice quiet neighborhood that I loved exploring via walks and hitting up the local spots via car. The bed is big and comfortable, theres so much storage space (including the office room if you wont need it!), the kitchen is updated with all the basic cookware. The living room is comfortable with a nice rug, couch, and smart TV. The bathroom was also quite spacious and nice, and the in unit laundry was a huge bonus to the apartment! The landlord An was very communicative and responsive, and answered all of my questions promptly. Overall, it was the perfect place to unwind in style and would definitely stay here again if I made it back to Cincinnati!

Hyde Park Hideaway

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! Hyde Park is amazing! Walkable and safe anytime, day or night. Probably one of the nicest neighborhoods in Cinci. 25 min walk to my favorite coffee place Coffee Emporium! Carls Deli is wayyyy too close and has amazing sandwiches! Ault Park is beautiful and right up the street. The apartment is big enough for everything I needed. Very comfy bed and huge bedroom! Having a washer and dryer in the bathroom made things so easy! Additionally, the landlord was very easy to work with and super responsive. I really enjoyed my stay here! Very easy to pick up Starbucks on my way to work at UCMC which was only 12 mins away. You cant go wrong with this place!
