A Wonderful Stay in a Welcoming Home

Joyce and Kenai were wonderful to live with! The house is clean and spacious, and Joyce often invited me to dinners with her neighbors, which really helped me feel part of the community. I also appreciated being able to use her office and kitchen freely. The backyard patio was a lovely spot to relax with a cup of coffee or enjoy a weekend lunch. The shared spaces were freshly remodeled just before I left, so the next tenant will have an even more comfortable place to enjoy. I'm grateful for such a welcoming stay!

Awesome host and property

Joyce is an awesome and gracious host. Beautiful property with a nice backyard deck to wind down on. The property is located in a quiet and very safe neighborhood. I had no issues in the area. If I could have stayed in the area longer, I definitely would have. It was super cool to have Joyce not only as a host, but as a new and good friend I made during my travels :)

nice stay

I enjoyed my time and stay here. J has a lovely home and a really awesome host. She has a really great yard with a view that over looks the slough. Having coffee outdoor was such a nice feeling. Its really close to the watsonville hospital where I worked and close to shopping stores. Im going to miss her and K.
