Amazing Stay!

Annie was an amazing roommate, landlord, and friend! Her home is super cute, cozy, and has such a welcoming vibe. Everything was kept nice and clean, and shes a great communicator which made the stay so easy and comfortable. We did some awesome hikes, fun nights out, and even late night chats on the rooftop deck that made the stay that much more memorable. The location was amazing, close to Sloans lake park and public transportation right outside the city. Also, I cant finish this review without mentioning her kitty Lumi that is just the sweetest and cutest little companion. I couldnt recommend staying here more! Will definitely be staying again if Im ever back in Denver.

My favorite place I lived in Denver!

Living with Annie was the absolute BEST! She was an amazing landlord and roommate. Annie was so easy to communicate with, reasonable with her house/tenant's requests, and she owns an absolutely beautiful well kept home which was accurate to her listing on the website. I lived there for almost 8 months and she and I became good friends. She welcomed me with such warm arms, was super receptive to my fluctuating nurse/work schedule, and was always down to ski, grab a beer, or hang out! Her price is super affordable for what you are getting and you have your own bathroom and everything !! I LOVED, LOVED, LOVED the location. Close to everything around town/with easy access to the light rail. Tons of street parking near the house. I could not recommend this place more! I would definitely rent from Annie again if an opportunity arose where I was back in Denver for work.
