Cute and convenient!

What a pleasant stay we had! Demette and Vivian were so attentive and kind, going above and beyond. This cute little bungalow had everything we needed, stocked very well! the area is really close to everything you will need to get to quickly. Very clean and comfortable, decorated with taste. Demette and Vivian will address your every need and make sure that your stay is welcoming and comfortable. We couldn't have landed a better spot to get re acquainted with Wilmington, and want to say thank you both for a wonderful stay! This property is highly recommended; you won't be disappointed!

amazing space, location and owners!

What a great place to stay! You are in midtown which has great food, shopping, grocery stores and 10 min drive to the beach, and close to downtown! The house is spotless clean and the owners take care of you like you are a member of their family! I was there for almost 4 months and did not want to leave! You will have every need met and the communication couldn't be better. The owners live close so can be on your front step when needed. I worked at Novant trauma hospital and it was a quick 8 min drive to get there! I had a dog with me and he was more than comfortable! I highly recommend this space! Thanks again for the wonderful southern hospitality:)

This property is truly in a great location (shopping, restaurants and doctors offices) with easy traffic to points throughout Wilmington. The property is very well maintained and all appliance were new and in great working order. The owners were very nice, resourceful and provided all the amenities you'll need to call this property home. I would recommend this property and owner to anyone need temporary housing in Wilmington I look forward to staying here again when my travel require that I return to Wilmington.

Such a wonderful spot!

This house is adorable! It has everything you need, and is centrally located in Wilmington- about 10 minutes from downtown and 15 from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, and D and V are extremely accommodating and responsive to needs. I highly recommend this stay!
