Mr. and Mrs. Wilkins were the best land lords I've ever had! They are always there and always very helpful. They are a quick text or phone call away. The area is very serene and quiet. No noises and surrounded by nature. The property has a feel at home vibe and very comfortable. The AC and heating are good and working. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again any time.

Scenic and quiet property, perfect for a travel contract

Can't say enough about how welcoming and accommodating S and D are. They are very attentive hosts and responded within minutes to any questions/problem you might have. The place itself is quiet and the scenery stepping outside your front door is quite amazing. Would have extended for a longer period but our contract sadly came to an end. If ever in the area again, however, would book again without hesitation.

A Perfect Retreat from the City

This apartment is exactly as advertised and pictured. Nice size living room and bedroom. Comfortable and QUIET. Being at the foot of the mountains is a dream in terms of peace and quiet, especially if you work from home. The quaint little town of Old Monrovia is a 5 minute drive away. Debra and Steve are the best hosts I have encountered in my time traveling- courteous, polite, and always there to help with any questions I had. I would come back in a heartbeat.
