Perfect place!

Being a travel nurse for over 6 years, finding a comfortable play to stay makes all the difference. I appreciated this smaller downtown building with absolute peace and quiet to unwind on off days. I appreciated Eri's professionalism and kindness from the very start. The apartment has all necessities. Spacious and perfect for one person. Lurie Children's extended my contract and Eri efficiently accommodated for my dates. Such a gem right in the center of it all!

Great location/ Accomodating landlord

This condo is the perfect home! Furnished just right, rooftop with amazing views, cozy mattress, and a super accommodating landlord were just a few of the things that made my stay wonderful! Erin respected my privacy and communication was seamless. Northwestern Memorial was a short 8-minute walk from the apartment, and the assigned parking spot made downtown living easy. Highly recommend Erin's rental for a stress-free stay.

not worth it

The apartment itself is nice, just had a bad experience with the landlord. If you work night shift they will not respect your schedule and just schedule viewings and try to put you out even after they agreed to let you stay the month. Not worth the hassle.

Cozy condo & great location!

This property is very well furnished with everything that you would need and more. Landlord is very friendly, always available, and is very accommodating. She made sure I was at a home away from home. Conveniently located in a quiet street in the downtown area, close to restaurants and Chicago's best attractions! I would definitely recommend this place to my fellow travelers!

Great location and understanding property manager

We needed a place near Northwestern Memorial when one of our family members became ill for what looked to be an extended period of time, so we chose to rent this apartment and really appreciated this unit. The location was fantastic - less than a 10 minute walk to Northwestern Memorial, Lake Shore Drive, and Michigan Ave, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and running/walking/swimming areas. But what we really appreciated the most was how flexible and understanding Eri was with our schedule. We didn't know how long we would need to be near the hospital, and Eri very willingly worked with us to make the lease term work for our needs.

Great Rental

I had a great experience staying in E place in Chicago. Eri was always very responsive and helpful from the start of my move and throughout my stay. She was patient and responded to any of my questions or concerns in an efficient manner. The apartment fully met my needs for the 3 months I stayed there. The location was convenient and safe - walking distance from grocery stores, coffee shops, malls and some of the most attractive locations in the city including the beach! The condo was very cozy, comfortable and had most amenities I needed considering I travel often and convenience is key. The doormen were courteous and friendly. The gym on the ground floor was always clean and well maintained. My favorite part was lounging and enjoying the view of the city from the rooftop after a long day!

convenient and cozy

The flat has a great location, right at the heart of Chicago, a safe neighborhood with a park and Michigan lake nearby. It boasts a beautiful view, it's cozy for a single person or a couple, and has all the necessities. The host has been kind and very helpful with everything.
