Great stay!

I stayed here during my travel nurse contract and highly recommend. It's a great price for the area. The host is super friendly, responsive and accommodating. The area felt safe with a lot of grocery stores and restaurants around. Thanks for a great stay :)

It's a Must-Stay

By the time I move out, I will have stayed at this property for 6.5 months and I can't tell you how perfect it truly is. The hosts are incredible, attentive, and extremely accommodating. As for the unit, it's got such a cool outdoor space, has all you need in a studio and all the appliances and amenities are brand new. You've got your own parking spot, you can come and go as you please, along with your own side door and closed patio. As mentioned before, if you're looking for a Tampa studio for an affordable price in a great, safe area please look no further than this residence. It's a must stay.

My 3+ month stay at this property was exceptional. Like others, I wish I could of stayed longer, but my contract ended. I have traveled working in the medical field for many years, and this property is 5 star. The other reviews are spot on!! The hosts are so nice, accommodating and responsive. We survived 2 hurricanes together and their priority was my safety and well being. The studio was very clean and had all the amenities (and more) that I needed. Attached to the house, but a completely separate unit with its own entrance and parking. I felt very safe with the exterior security and lighting systems. The Hosts take great pride in their home and the quality of your experience. I would HIGHLY recommend this property! Yuderka, Thank you for everything. I hope to stay with you again.

Cozy Studio

I stayed at this property for 3 months and wish I could have stayed longer. It was immaculate when I moved in and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was very comfortable and internet was very consistent. The bathroom was cute and a very good size. The shower was huge! In addition, the host was great and was available whenever I needed anything. I commuted from downtown Tampa with Publix, Target, and Walmart all on the way home. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to stay here again and I am back in the area. Thank you to the owner for hosting me!

Cozy New Studio

I would have loved to stay in this Cozy New Studio longer but, my contract ended and it was time for me to move on. The title of this studio fits the premises perfectly; its Cozy, its New and it is like a studio. It is a quiet place, private parking in front of private patio entrance. The owners are very caring people and are interested in their tenant's comfort. WiFi always worked, grounds were kept up, I never ran out of hot water and everything worked in the studio. I highly recommend this property.
