10/10 would recommend staying here

Pros: -Very cute place -Walking distance to UNMH (I walked ~15-20 mins to work everyday) -Very safe area (I would take my dog out very late sometimes at midnight & still felt safe walking around) -Small, fenced-in outdoor space (especially good if you have a pup like I did) -Very central location -Great view of the mountains behind the property Cons: -No dishwasher -No in-unit washer & dryer (although there is a laundromat walking distance away ~2 blocks) I couldn't recommend staying here more! I honestly loved it & Carlos made the experience 10x better with how reliable he was. He was always quick to respond and offer help, & I could tell that he truly wanted to make sure his tenants felt happy & comfortable which I appreciated. 10/10 would recommend staying here if you have a contract at UNMH or for any other reason you may be in ABQ.

The property is in the perfect location. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and very convenient to shopping, restaurants, and medical facilities. The housing unit was/is very clean, modern, and offers everything one needs for day to day living. The owner (C) was very accommodating to all and any need my wife and I may have had. Parking is free and safe. The neighbors are quiet, kind, and respectful. If ever in Albuquerque my wife and I would seek to stay in this property again. Thank you C
