Would Not Recommended

The house is extremely dirty (floor, towels, beds were covered in dog hair and dead bugs) and was obviously not cleaned before our move-in. It is infested with roaches and biting bugs. We were supposed to stay for 2.5 months but forfeited the remaining months of rent paid plus our $2k security deposit to break the lease after 3 weeks of unbearable living conditions. This is a warning to potential renters - I would not recommend to anyone. Landlord returned our $250 cleaning fee as compensation.

Comfortable Home with Epic Backyard

My fiance and I lived in this home for 5 months with our two cats and couldn't have had a better stay! The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of trees and in a great location. Puryear park is right down the street with a running/walking trail, sports fields, and tennis courts. The backyard is huge and the lot is empty next door - so this is a great home for pets or kids, or if you just want open space. The sectional and king bed are extremely comfortable and the guest room beds are comfy as well according to some family that visited. The wi-fi was able to handle us both working remotely full-time. We also enjoyed the free little library in the front yard and charm of the home. The landlord was kind, responsive, and always quick to address any issues. There is no garage but the shed in the back was able to hold our sports equipment & gardening stuff. Thank you for an AWESOME stay!!
