Nice quiet street

I stayed on the first floor with a roommate for a year. We loved our stay -- it was clean, quiet and perfect for our needs. The apartment was cozy yet spacious and had all the utilities/amenities that you need to feel at home. The location was great, right next to several supermarkets and a gym. Sylvia and Luis were very kind hosts and were always there to solve any problems we ran into!

Excellent unit

I stayed in the 2nd floor unit during my 3 month contract at UMASS Memorial. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Location was perfect & was only about a 10min drive from the hospital. The unit itself was very clean, well furnished, & supplied with all the amenities you could think of. The dead end street & black out curtains are a huge plus, especially for us night shift workers. Sylvia is an excellent host. She was very quick to respond to any needs I had during my stay. Highly recommend this unit if you're coming to the area.

A great rental!

My partner and I rented the 1st floor unit for ~5 months during my travel contract at UMASS Memorial. We can't say enough positive things about this place and our experience renting from Sylvia and Luis! The rental itself is updated and has everything you'd need. We liked the location of the property which is on a dead end street in a neighborhood with close proximity to many restaurants and an easy commute to the UMASS hospitals. Sylvia and Luis were great hosts, easy to communicate with and super helpful with providing information about the area and answering any questions we had during our stay. We would rent here again in a heartbeat!

clean and modern!

I'm a resident doctor and stayed in 2nd floor apartment for 2 months. Would highly recommend. Apartment was clean, comfortable, and modern. Sylvia was responsive and kind.
