We are situated just off of Old Wharf Road in Dennis Port and less than a 5 minute stroll (just 2/10 mile) to beautiful Raycroft Beach, and a 7 minute walk (3/10 mile) to the popular Sea St. Beach. We are first time Cape owners, and continue to make updates to our space.

Highly recommend Sidewaves!
I rented from Kerri for the first half of 2026 and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfectjust a short walk from beautiful beaches and cute local restaurants. Kerri was an incredible host who was always quick to respond and help with anything I needed. Even though I was there on a work contract, staying here felt like a relaxing vacation. I can't recommend Kerri and her property enough!

A Cape Gem!
We had the pleasure of staying at Kerris Dennis Port home between October 2024-April 2025. The neighborhood was very quiet, safe, and located near many great restaurants, grocery stores, and the beach. The beds were all extremely comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for all cooking needs. Kerri is easy to communicate with and we would return as renters in a heartbeat!

Perfect location!
I stayed at this adorable property for several months from September through April of 2023-2024 as a traveling medical professional. You cannot beat the location. Within walking distance to several beaches and upscale restaurants. Very well furnished and clean. The owners are very responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
