Great accomodations for students!
I was a student staying here a rotation. Owner was super responsive & nice! Allowed my aunt to stay w/ me on the drive up. Had some concerns, but he took care of it with a pretty quick turn around. The room was great, lot of storage and space. Desk to study. Quick wifi. I had the one with the connecting bathroom - pretty clean. Stocked! Kitchen: fully stocked w/ utensils, cookware. Got a section of pantry and fridge space (shared amongst other tenants). Washer/dryer & dyson for use. Space for all cars. Location is super convenient. Close to groceries. Easy to get to freeway. Loved the plants!

Just what a nurse needs for comfort
I have been staying in this cozy room for nearly six months, and it has exceeded all my expectations! The space was clean and well-decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep and the amenities provided were top-notch, including fast Wi-Fi and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen. The location was perfectquiet yet conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Henrico Doctors Hospital is 3 minutes away in the car. The hospital is within walking distance in the worst case. The landlords are friendly and super responsive, providing clear communication and are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I would definitely book again if I take another travel assignment to Henrico! Thank you so much to both of you for being such great landlords. I truly appreciate you both!

Welcoming home owner and very convenient location
I really enjoyed my stay here. The home owner is friendly and accommodating. The home is clean and very comfortable. Sharing a bathroom wasnt an issue as the other tenant leaves early in the morning and doesnt return until later in the evening. What I valued most was the location! Anywhere I wanted to go was 15 minutes or less away. The home owner was helpful when it came to ideas for area entertainment and restaurants. Id definitely stay here again or recommend to friends.
