Would not recommend

Had a great stay here during my first contract. Came back for a 2nd stay after the owner's adult children moved back in and stayed much longer than I should have. I had to move out abruptly due to ongoing health and safety concerns including frequent noise disturbances until 1am and multiple episodes of domestic abuse occurring in the house which resulted in multiple arrests. I would highly advise not staying here if any of her children are still living in the house.

Mark it's unfortunate you decided to delete your first review and then leave this review. My son that you claim was arrested multiple times, lived here during your first stay, my other son was here only 3months during your 2nd stay and of the nearly 2 years that you stayed in my home. You came back for a second stay, extended that contract for another three months. If it was so bad, why return a second time or extend the contract for three more months? The truth of the matter was you chose to vacate because of one argument between my two sons of which the problem was resolved when one moved out the day after their argument. You knew the issue had been resolved, yet you chose to leave and then you wanted a refund of your rent for September. There were not multiple arrests or domestic violence. Loud annoying music, occasionally. These allegations you made are grounds for a defamation of character lawsuit. I thought you were a great tenant and would have welcomed you back, which I did, but changing your review because I would not refund your rent shows your true character. Still wish you nothing but the best, at the end of the day you were a great tenant despite your review.

Beautiful

This is a beautiful home. Its spacious, comfortable, warm and inviting. I hadnt spent any time in the area before staying here. Theres the little town of Gig Harbor, which is super cute and has a resort like vibe and its close to everything you could need or want. I have stayed here a few times and will definitely stay again.

Great stay

Great location and nice neighborhood. Bed is very comfortable and quite place to stay. Would stay there again.

We would definitely stay here again

Our stay with S was very enjoyable. The house was very clean & comfortable, as was the bed. S was very knowledgeable in sharing information about the community attractions. The neighborhood is beautiful & quiet. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
