Great porperty, even better landlord
This place was perfect. Loved the backyard, the beautiful starlit skies and the dog door was amazing. Bed was super comfortable. Julie is truly a kind and caring soul. Great host, always quick to respond and very considerate. Would love to stay here again some day!

Gem of a place
Julie's home is exceptional, a true gem, and she is as well! This is an actual home, comfortably furnished with everything one could want for either a short stay or an extended one. The house is impeccably clean, the backyard is a wonderful retreat, the location is perfect - quiet and a bit secluded with easy access to Carrboro and Chapel Hill. Julie is the most responsive, helpful, and accommodating host I've experienced over several years of home rentals. I hated to leave and look forward to my next stay.

Best home away from home in NC
This place is hands down our favorite home we have had the pleasure of staying in. The house is super comfortable for our 2 contracts with my husband and our 2 pups. Its the perfect quiet place away from everything, yet so close to the hospital and restaurants. Julie is genuinely kind and responsive to any of our needs. She is the perfect host. If you are looking for a place in the area, this is the best choice. Were sad to leave!

Home Away From Home
We cannot express enough how outstanding our experience has been with this home and landlord. It is in a beautiful, private setting, complete with a fire pit, large fenced backyard and cozy, clean house. We had absolutely everything we could possibly need. This house feels like a home, and is full of character and thoughtful design. The most fulfilling part of our renting experience was the relationship with the landlord, who is the kindest and most accommodating person we could have hoped to rent from. Our privacy was respected, and any questions that we had were immediately addressed. This rental experience could not have possibly been better, and far exceeded any expectations. Future renters will find this home hard to leave, as did we!
