Horrible place
He has horrible place. There are bugs all throughout the place that he wont take care of. The water doesn't get hot. He allows past tenants inside the house. He would come inside the place without warning. Scared me to death. He said he could cause he owned the place. I left his plave only stayed 2 weeks instead of 4 months. Now he trying to give bad review and make up things. Do not recommend at all.
