Disappointed

My contract was canceled (no fault of my own) and I had to leave early. I paid through the month and cleaned the unit. She promised before I left town that she would return the deposit of $450. She lied, told me months later that she applied the deposit to the last 2 weeks. I wasn't even there. SHE HAS NO EMPATHY FOR TRAVELING RNs. She told me to leave psych and do something else. WOW. She knew me for 2 mos only and yet she's already making suggestions about my future career choices.

K was wonderful to rent from. Her space is ideal for one person and has all of the essentials you would need. Plenty of storage as well. The location is ideal- extremely close to I-5 with a 15-20 minute commute to Legacy Salmon Creek and Legacy Emanuel. Downtown Vancouver is a quick drive or lovely walk away with so many adorable vintage shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and more! Several grocery stores nearby as well. Neighborhood is quiet and safe with friendly neighbors-and having a bakery next door was wonderful! The space was clean, well-kept, and extremely well-priced for the prime location. K went out of her way to make myself and my cat feel welcomed and I cannot recommend her and her space enough!
