2 Bed 2 1/2 Bath Ankeny Townhome

Clean, comfortable and easy living!

This cute place was a wonderful 2nd home for us for almost a year. It was super clean, stocked with all the basics, and conveniently located near walking paths, grocery stores, schools and restaurants. I appreciated how peaceful the home and neighborhood was, and enjoyed the geese, ducks and herons on the nearby pond. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I feel fortunate to have had such a great experience and would definitely recommend for short or long-term stays.

Great place!

we lived at this townhouse for two months when we moved cross-country from Arizona to Iowa. This was a great place for us to stay with everything furnished. It was comfortable and very handy with gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I would definitely recommend this townhouse whether you just need a few nights or a longer stay.

Great place

This was an extremely comfortable place to stay during my assignment. It's located in a quiet neighborhood and was about a 5 minute walk from a C's convenient store. It was a cool little route to walk my dog when I wanted to stock up on snacks. The rooms were comforting and the kitchen was spacious. The shower had good water pressure. Overall it was a great experience. If I'm ever assigned to the area again, I'd definitely try to book once more!
