This property is in a fantastic location very close to UC Davis School of Medicine, making it incredibly convenient for students or professionals affiliated with the university. Theres also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for daily strolls, exercise, or simply unwinding after a long day. The landlords have been exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. Any questions or concerns were addressed quickly and professionally, which made the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free. Additionally, the common areas are consistently well-maintained. The cleaning lady does an excellent job keeping everything tidy and welcoming, which really enhances the overall living environment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and conveniently located home near UC Davis SOM.

Very close to public transportation, UC Davis, and nice walking trail! Landlords were very responsive and easy to work with! The cleaning lady does a great job maintaining commons areas!

House was quiet and well located. Owners were attentive to issues when they arose with the property. Quick responses

I was in the Burberry room. It came with its own private shower. The is a fire TV in the room. The bedding was comfortable and it came with blackout curtains. There is a collapsible furniture (shelf, table, and side table) if needed. There is also additional storage beneath the bed. The room came with 6 towels, 2 hand towels, and 2 face towels. This room also came with a parking spot. I am planning on renting it again if it is available and a contract arises in the area. Quick walk to UC Davis medical center and centrally located between good to great restaurants. I used the park in the back for jogs and the area is fairly quiet. The only issue I had was the excess of bed pillows which I stacked on the chair that was in the room. Common rooms were clean and well-maintained. There is a coffee grinder, refillable k-cups if your like coffee done in a specific way. The owners were quick to respond to any issues that may arise.
