Comfort with Style!

I first moved to Southern Oregon 2 years ago to this gorgeous apartment. When I walked through the apartment for the first time I was very impressed with styling and furnishing. The bedrooms are very comfortable with spacious built in drawers/closets to store all of your clothes. The bathroom and downstairs heated floors are a luxury that is welcomed after a long day at work to help relax! The kitchen has all of the appliances to meet your cooking needs. The quietness and charm of Jacksonville in itself made this stay even better. An added benefit was being so close to the Britt festival to be able to hear the music just from the balcony! The neighborhood is very walkable whether you are wanting to go for a little hike or walk into town for a nice cup of tea at The Good Bean! Leah was very accommodating during my stay and was quick at responding to any issues that arose! I highly recommend this location if you are looking for a stylish quiet apartment with an even cuter town!

Home Away from Home

This past year, I rented this charming cottage in Southern Oregon. From the moment I moved in, the landlord made sure I felt comfortable in the space. They were always responsive and addressed any concerns I had in a timely manner. It was clear that they cared about both the property and their tenants. The cottage itself was well-maintained, clean, and cozy. It had everything I needed to feel at home. I had never experienced heated floors before, and they were a game-changer! The living room was well furnished, and the kitchen was fully equipped for my cooking needs. With the peaceful location, the condition of the cottage, and the attentive landlord, I highly recommend this place!

Cute apartment in an even cuter town

Not only was the host super accommodating in the application process but also throughout the entire stay here. L really went out of her way to make my time spent here memorable with a fully stocked apartment (with incredible attention to details) and tons of recommendations of things to do in the area. Jacksonville is a quaint and adorable town with such nice neighbors and the gals at the grocery store will know you by the end of your stay! I really can't say enough about this apartment and L, if I ever come back to this location I would definitely stay here again. I'm sad to be leaving this amazing spot but onto the next adventure!

Adorable and Amazing host!!

What a wonderful place to stay! The host, Leah, was really exceptional. She provided us with cleaning supplies, some starter groceries and cute snacks when we moved in! It made us feel very welcomed. She also was incredibly attentive to all our needs and was just super sweet and understanding! Being a travel nurse can be intimidating and scary, but Leah made me feel very comfortable and safe. It also offered an easy commute to the local hospital. The place was gorgeous and exactly as pictured. Very clean and in a safe, quiet area but close enough to the city. Very walkable neighborhood and cute little downtown area. Also, awesome trail within walking distance of the property. 10/10 would recommend especially for travel nurses working in the area!!

Jacksonville, OR

I was in Medford for eight months for an interim job at a local health care facility and feel very fortunate to have found this property. The unit well designed with a combination den and kitchen downstairs. The furnishings are comfortable with many soft pillows and throws available for use while watching the big screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped to include oven with gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer all new and in sparkling condition. The floor is heated tile, making for great comfort on cool winter mornings. The upstairs area includes two bedrooms, both with queen sized beds, comfortable mattresses, and beautiful bed linens. Upstairs you also find a large bathroom with heated tile floors, tiled shower, and granite countertops. The linen closet is fully stocked with all the items needed for a short or long stay. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer and all needed supplies. I HIGHLY recommend this unit! JA
