Great place

This property is in a secure, quiet location convenient to the area hospitals. Ample off-street parking. The house itself is perfectly sized for one person or a couple, with all of the amenities you expect from a turn-key rental. Landlord is excellent, very responsive communication-which is a rare quality on Furnished Finder!

Safe & secure

My girlfriend & I lived here along with our two dogs for 3months. It was a great spot. It is positioned behind another one of the landlords property. The neighborhood already felt safe but being off the road provided an added touch of increased security. Good parking right next to the front door. Small cement patio out back which the dogs loved. Backyard is primarily rocks but is securely fully fenced/enclosed. Provided plenty of kitchen amenities to cook with. Cozy on the inside with comfortable furniture.

This short-term rental exceeded my expectations! The convenient location near bars, restaurants, and the hospital made my assignment a breeze. The unit is close to many hiking paths, walking paths and city parks. The unit itself was incredibly cozy, providing a welcoming haven after long shifts. The neighborhood felt very safe and was very quiet. The host was extremely respectful and very responsive whenever I needed anything. This home really made my experience in Tucson enjoyable. Highly recommend for a perfect balance of work and relaxation!
