We offer a custom saltwater pool, jacuzzi, BBQ grill, large kitchen, coffee bar, whole house water filtration and reverse osmosis for clean drinking water, large backyard for pets ($300 fee each) and large pergola for shade and outdoor dining with table and chairs. There is a 5th bed in the living room for a guest as a daybed if needed.

Quiet, Serene Neighborhood, Lots of trees, outdoor space and even wildlife. Monrovia is a quaint family oriented city in a very safe area. It offers a 10 minute drive to City of Hope hospital , 10 minute to Pasadena and Altadena with 2 minute access to the 210 Freeway. Every grocery store, Trader Joes, Ralphs and In-N- Out burger is within reach.
