Cute small studio with bathroom and laundry in unit. Studio was clean upon arrival. Typical basement apartment, within close proximity to Capitol Hill. Landlord is very courteous and helpful. Perfect for a short stay or a weekend getaway.

Private Room

The room is exactly as it is described on this website. Landlord is kind and very easy to share space with. The home provides ample space for working if remote work is needed. I never had issues finding parking near by. You can easily walk to all the things you may need and the location is great to be able to access the city and surrounding areas. I would definitely stay again

Compact, comfortable, quiet

Studio is as described on this website. Landlord is responsive and friendly. Street is generally quiet, with increased activity when the nearby school is starting or letting out. There is very little noise after 10pm or so, with an occasional fire truck coming through from the station down the street. Generally, very little noise comes down from the upstairs area - the loudest sounds are when the HVAC system turns on or the water system is in use and what sounds like a pump turns on. Appliances work well and are in good condition. Average amount of basement bugs. Strong wifi signal. Pleasant neighborhood with good access to nearby grocery stores and metro station.
