sweet lil studio

This is a lovely little spot in Armory Park! Kelly is a sweet landlord who always checks in and is responsive and just wants good people in the space. The studio is nice in that you can hang out in the kitchen with the door open and hear the morning doves and watch people walking by but then you go back into the "bedroom" and it feels very private and quiet. The kitchen is great - lots of good cooking gear, a spacious fridge and even a spice rack! The neighborhood is beautiful to walk around. The only drawback is that there's not really a grocery store in walking distance but there are quite a few cute coffee shops and restaurants. All in all a very comfy spot, I was so glad to winter there.
