12526 Unit A

We stayed in unit A of this property for 3 months while working at UW Montlake on contract. The unit is GORGEOUS. Big spacious kitchen and living room, bedrooms with blackout curtains/blinds and comfy beds. The main bathroom has an amazing shower with heat lamp. Two decks to soak up the refreshing PNW air. Shares large washer/dryer with downstairs tenant, both units have doors that lock from inside. The front yard is beautiful and I hear has fruit and flowers in summer (we were only here in winter) Great neighborhood for walking, always plenty of parking out front. Five min drive to northgate light rail station and anything else you need. Landlord was easy to contact with fast responses but hands off/gives all the privacy. Very wonderful woman to rent from. 10/10 would rent again!

Great long term stay

We stayed in Unit B (the downstairs unit) all summer and had a great time! Housing was not easy to find in Seattle and I considered myself very lucky to find such a place. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. There is plenty of parking for two cars, which was very important for us. The laundry area is shared with the upstairs neighbors, which worked just fine. Plenty of storage in the hallway closets. Thanks again for the stay!

large house and attentive landlord

We stayed here for about 2 months while I was contracted to work downtown. It was a perfect escape from the city and very quiet. Neighbors are friendly but quiet. The house is pretty large and has a big completely fenced in front yard. Back yard was for downstairs tenants but also completely fenced in. Beth was fantastic at responding quickly to any requests and always made sure to accommodate, and even got the unit a portable AC since it was so hot this summer! There were plenty of towels and sheets which was nice. The washer and dryer is huge and is split with downstairs neighbors but we never had any issues. We were able to park our bike by the washer. Our favorite part of the property was all the fruit trees in front! There's apples, pears, blueberries, raspberries, spearmint, blackberries, rhubarb, strawberries and lots of roses. Parking out front on the gravel was nice and always open. There is a side patio good for relaxing. I loved our stay here and would highly recommend!
