We have a 1 bed 1 bath room/cottage with separate entry and private bath for short term rental 3+ months. Single occupancy. Rent includes utilities, wifi, laundry and monthly room cleaning.

The private room is a stand alone unit in the back of the main house. It has a separate entry with no access to the main house.
