Lovely, bright and airy rental

This is a great place for a single person. Beautifully designed with pretty flooring, lots of windows, large granite countertop in the kitchen. I loved coming home to this sweet little place. The kitchen is equipped with every imaginable appliance. Great kitchen to cook in. Private east facing patio too. Location is awesome. I'm a cyclist and I could bike less than 2 miles to downtown Menlo park with wonderful shops and restaurants. Easy bike ride to Stanford Medical Center and the VA in Palo Alto. You couldn't ask for a better landlord. Knowledgable about everything and keeps the place in tip-top shape. Two things to keep in mind: 1) the super comfortable bed is in a loft that is accessed by a ladder, in case someone has mobility limitations, and 2) the landlord prefers a minimum of a 3 month lease. You will love this cottage!

wonderful sublet close to Stanford Hospital

I had a great stay here during my assignment working at Stanford Hospital. George is a very kind and responsive host. I had complete privacy but if I ever needed anything he was there to help. The studio was clean and had all the amenities I needed during my stay. It was located in a peaceful quiet neighborhood, and was very convenient as it was just a few minute drive to the hospital.
