Jeff & illia made the stay very easy, fun, and low stress! They were always responsive and took care of all issues. I loved the proximity to the downtown. Sometimes the road nearby can be loud but the provided earplugs were very convenient!

Warm and Charming 3-Month Stay

I stayed at Ilia and Jeff's condo for 3 months, and greatly enjoyed my time at Davenport! Their unit has everything you'll need and is quite spacious. The courtyard is charming too, and the neighbors could not be lovelier or more welcoming. Jeff and Ilia were also readily responsive every time I reached out. I certainly understand why they chose Davenport as their home away from home.

Comfortable Month-Long Stay with Great Location

We enjoyed our month-long stay at this property in Greenville. Jeff and Ilya were responsive hosts who promptly answered any questions during our visit. The location was excellent, just a short walk to downtown, which made exploring the area very convenient. The kitchen was well equipped for our needs, and there was plenty of space to work comfortably. We appreciated the convenience of the off-street parking, and while we did not use the bicycles that were available, it was a nice amenity to have. The master bedroom does have some street noise, but the hosts thoughtfully provided earplugs, which we appreciated. Overall, this was a comfortable home base for our stay in Greenville.

Summer at the Davenport

I stayed in Ilia and Jeff's apartment for three months over the summer. It was the perfect place to stay in Greenville. The apartment is beautiful and includes everything you need for a great stay. I even used the bikes in the apartment for rides along the Swamp Rabbit trail. The Davenport is in downtown Greenville and is a short walk from restaurants, bars, and the farmer's market. Ilia and Jeff are responsive and kind! The neighbors were also quiet and friendly.
