Seeking female renter for our garden studio in our backyard. Furnished, includes sleeping loft with full size bed, small couch, small desk for work. There is no kitchen however there is a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster oven and hot pad, pots and pans. Plates, bowls, cups and utensils provided. This unit works best for simple meals or someone who does not always cool. .

DADU/tiny house for one person. The bed is on a loft so this requires climbing up a ladder. There are also a lot of steps to get up to the house from the sidewalk. No W/D but there is a laundromat 4 blocks away.

This is a studio built in the backyard of our home. Centrally located, quite residential neighborhood with plenty of coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants within walking distance.

Wonderful hosts, adorable property
Cant recommend to property enough. The hosts are the lovliest family. So welcoming. They responded to anything that needed attention right away and were great about communicating. The nicest people. The cottage is cozy and wonderfully decorated so it feels lived in right off the bat. The backyard is lovely and the neighborhood is safe and everyone is friendly. Two bus lines nearby are easy to get to. I stayed for at least six months and would choose this place again.
