This place wasn't for me

The place is actually very nice and spacious for one person or a couple. However, if you are looking for a quiet place, this is not the right fit. I had to move out before my lease ended because of constant noise from the neighbors. Since the unit is on the first floor, you can hear the upstairs neighbors clearly at all hours of the day and night. Even normal activities like walking up and down the stairslocated near the bedroomwere very loud, sometimes as late as 23 a.m. The building is quite old, so sound carries easily, even when people try to be quiet. Unfortunately, I couldnt tolerate the noise anymore and decided to move out early. This was my only complaint. I explained this to the landlord and she talked to the neighbors. Then, he gave me his number to call him if they were too loud again so I couldn't call the management but I didn't want to deal with that everyday. Also, I didn't get my security deposit back because I moved out earlier than my lease date so be aware.

I loved this apartment, close to the hospital, has its own entrance, quiet, clean and cute!!! Off-street parking was great!!!
