Fantastic stay in a small but cozy studio

I absolutely loved my stay with Ike and his wife over the past year. The studio is small, but there's enough room and storage space to cook (with a hotplate/air fryer / microwave in the unit) and get ready for the day. I was even able to buy a small desk (which I left in the room) to work remotely while sitting on the bed. There's also a nice picnic table area outside, which was great for working and having my morning coffee. The area nearby is very safe, with a coffee shop at the end of the block, and quick access to all of Culver City, which has a lot of restaurants and a small downtown area. Venice beach was, on average, a 20 minute drive. Parking on the street is okay, I usually found a spot nearby. The area is quiet and suburban, and I never had any noise problems inside the unit. AC wasn't necessary, Culver City is cool year-round. Altogether, I really appreciate Ike's hospitality and recommend this place to someone who wants an affordable studio in a commutable locati
