Comfortable Stay

I had a great experience staying with Joneal. From the start, she was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable right away. The space was clean, cozy, and well kept it truly felt like a home away from home. Joneal is easygoing and respectful, which made the entire stay smooth and stress free. The house is very quiet, which was perfect for me as a night shifter. The blackout curtains were a huge bonus and made daytime sleep so much easier. The off street parking was also a great convenience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Joneal to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming place to rent!

2nd Home

This property was clean, cozy, welcoming, and all the good things you feel staying at your family house. This property is centrally located. I found myself walking and riding my bike more often than driving my vehicle. My vehicle always felt protected and I even had a designated parking spot which is hard to come by. The landlord is a female that is very present and responds to your questions immediately with quick solutions. She has security cameras located in the front of the property as well as a camera in the common area and a motion detector behind the property. Always felt safe. This property check out on all the things I want from a FF. I will definitely keep this property on my favourites list for any future assignments I may have in the area.

Cozy spot for students

I stayed in this bedroom for 3 months as a medical student on my rotations. I found the property to always be well-cleaned; the landlady was very friendly. It felt like a second home, It was conveniently located near the hospital and other parts of Jersey I needed to get to quickly. The room came with a bed, fridge, drawer, lots of closet space, and a vanity. Lots of storage, which was helpful! Overall, I had a great stay at this rentalit's comfortable, clean, and in a wonderful location! The only thing to note is that there were more people coming and going than expected, which made the space feel a little less private than anticipated. It wasnt a big issue for me, but just something to be aware of if you're looking for a more secluded stay. I would definitely stay here again if I had another rotation in the area! I cannot thank the renter and family enough for their hospitality. 10/10!

A Blessed Way to Start the New Year!!!

This property was better than I imagined. The suite was exceptionally clean and the appliances were all new. The bed was also so comfortable that I didnt want to leave! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to many others!!! Finally, the host was super communicative and left clear instructions about WiFi, the area, how to navigate the space, etc. Such a great way to bring in the new year!

Great unit

I stayed in this unit during a 3 month travel nurse contract and it was perfect for me! The landlord was helpful when needed and was great with communication. The unit was clean as well as cute and homey. It was also nice and quiet, even during the day. (night shift nurse so the day time quiet was perfect for sleep). I would definitely stay here again and recommend to other travelers!
