Amazing Place

A great little house in a nice, quiet area close to downtown. All top of the line appliances with everything I needed for a single guy looking for a short-term rental. The landlord was a gracious host and responded to any issues that arose promptly (usually the same day as he lives right next door). The King-sized bed is super comfortable and the walk-in, waterfall style shower is incredible. I would highly recommend renting here to anyone searching for temporary housing in Lexington.

Cute, quiet, grreat host!

Stayed here 4 months for work. The host Matheiu is super nice and fast to respond. I LOVED the location which is downtown and within walking distance to several restaurants, a bakery, and a brewery. If you're not into walking you can call an Uber for $6-$12 (depending on the time) and get dropped off right downtown and rent a scooter back if the weather is nice. I will definitely rent this location again if I'm ever in the area again.
