What a wonderful place to stay! The location of the Loft is unbeatable with parks and downtown within a walkable distance. It's a cozy and comfortable place to live. I had everything I needed for my stay. Andy is a great landlord - very welcoming, kind, and informative! If you're looking for a place to stay, this is a great option!

Living in this loft studio was truly an enjoyable experience. The layout is smart and inviting, with the upstairs sleeping area giving the place a cool, open feel without sacrificing comfort. The location is honestly unbeatable but still very private and quiet. Walkable to downtown and running paths makes it hard to beat. If youre looking for a spot thats stylish, convenient, and managed by someone who actually cares, this is an easy choice.

5 Stars A Fantastic Loft Studio and Landlord!

I absolutely loved living in this loft studio. The space is beautifully designed, with the loft bedroom adding such a cozy and unique touch. One of the biggest perks was the locationjust minutes from downtown Springs. I could leave my car in the driveway and walk to everything I needed, which was incredibly convenient. On top of the great space, the landlord is amazingalways available, responsive, and just an all-around great guy. It made the whole experience even better. Id highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable home in a prime location!
