5 month stay in AZ

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for five months, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience Trisha is truly what made my stay so enjoyable. We had a hiccup right before I was about to move in due to an issue from the previous tenant that was outside of either of our control, and Trisha went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of before and throughout my stay. She is an incredible person—kind, responsive, and always willing to help. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, she was quick to respond and genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It is rare to find a landlord who is as accommodating, thoughtful, and dedicated as Trisha. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a furnished rental and would gladly stay here again in the future Thank you, Trisha, for making my five months in Arizona feel like home

The best !

I have to say that this is hands down our favorite rental we have ever found . This place felt completely like home for my daughter and I . We had to move around a lot in the last few years and we were lucky enough to get this place twice ! Trisha is unbelievable kind of, easy going and quick to handle any thing you need . We called this home for almost a year then were lucky enough to get it again for a few months when we were back this summer ! Its beyond beautiful, peaceful and cozy. Both of us loved our beds , definitely high quality mattresses so comfortable! The decor is just beautifully done . So open , beautiful natural lighting , the light colors make everything feel extra spacious and clean. Bathrooms are just luxury, we love everything about this Condo , the complex , amenities and the owner ! Not sure when we will be in Scottsdale next but this will always be our first choice . Thank you so much Trisha!

Not worth it

After being asked twice to leave a review, here it is: I strongly recommend avoiding renting from Trisha. The unit looked clean at first, but once we moved in, we found trash, dirty q-tips, hair in the beds, old clothes, and bottles in cabinets. The freezer was gross. We spent hours cleaning. I sent her photosshe didnt respond for nearly 24 hours and offered nothing. The gym/pool key didnt work; neighbors suspected unpaid HOA dues. She said she had to call the office to fix itit took days. She also asked me to show the unit to new tenants. I gave up an evening to help, but no one ever showed, and she completely ghosted me. Never followed up, no explanation. Later, she texted asking about our AC usebecause her bill was high. In the desert. In summer. If utilities are included, dont guilt tenants. The unit was nicely furnished and in a good area, but dealing with her was frustrating and unprofessional. Skip it.

Our best AZ experience yet

We were extremely happy with our experience in this luxury condo. The condo itself was recently updated and felt very new. We loved the natural light this space brought in. The location was great as well, lots of restaurants and stores nearby, and an easy drive anywhere in Scottsdale. If we return to AZ, we will definitely look to stay here again. Trisha was a great host, super responsive, very kind and easy to work with, which we were grateful for. Highly recommend this condo!

The Perfect Scottsdale Condo

This property is amazing! Plenty of space, newly remodeled. Condo is in the back of the complex so there is privacy, beautiful views of the sunset and it is very quiet. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming, neighborhood is very peaceful and the community is extremely well kept. T is a great landlord to have and is very quick to respond to any questions, or maintenance. I recommend this place for a short or long stay-- it has everything you would ever need and more! Brand new appliances, well kept furniture and a fully stocked kitchen!

AMAZING stay

Talk about a well done, great location, and perfect spot to stay in Scottsdale! It has everything you need for a seasonal rental. The condo is well designed and has great finishes that make you feel settled and a home away from home. The living room is very comfortable to lounge in and has beautiful natural lighting. A great, private patio allows for awesome winter evenings outside too. The beds are extremely comfortable, clean and have oversized bathrooms that allow for more comfort.

Perfect location / great place to stay in Scottsdale!!!

This is a great place, awesome pools [multiple]. Location is perfect in Scottsdale! I would highly recommend this Luxury Condo, and look forward to staying here again!
