Warning

I stayed here for almost 3 months and heard rodents when I first moved in and told the landlords they put out 1 trap but I continued to hear things and saw evidence of them on my counter tops. I reported it and they were out of town and they just asked me to put more traps out. I felt scared to stay there and couldn't sleep. I left 2 weeks early to stay with a friend until I could officially move out. The Landlords said they were unable to afford to refund me half of my rent even though it's their responsibility to provide a clean and habitable environment. After the exterminators found the way the rats where getting in the landlord gave way less than half of even 2 weeks of rent. I felt it was an unfair situation and would be hesitant to stay here as they are dependent on your rent for their budget and may be unable to assist when things need taken care of in the unit.
