Bad Landlords, Nice Property
My experience living at this property is the Landlords are new to Real Estate and "fix" everything cheaply if they decide to fix it at all and then raise rents. They also create their own contract which in my mind goes against several State of Texas laws. They refused to use the normal TREK agreement which 99% of rentals use.... I would say buyer beware.
