Walkable to Hospital + Beach Access!

I stayed here during an assignment at SPCH, and the location couldnt have been more convenient. The hospital is close by, and having beach access just across the street was a highlight. Diana was easy to communicate with, and her local contact was also very kind and quick to respond. The condo is fully furnished and equipped for a longer stay. As with any lived-in home, a slightly more detailed cleaning would make the experience even better, but overall this was a convenient and safe place to stay for anyone working in the area.

Very enjoyable property

We stayed there during the month of May and found our stay to be very comfortable. It is very well located and a short walk to many attractions. The unit was very clean on our check in. The sunsets were a beautiful sight. Everything in the unit was in tip top shape. The ocean sounds were very nice. Wonderful little deck to enjoy our morning coffee or evening glass of our favorite beverage. We will definitely book this property again.

Love Love Love

My husband and I wanted a get away after recently retiring. We are both disabled and needed a place with wide hall ways, walk in shower, and, it needed to be handicapped accessible. This great condo had that and more. Our parking space was next to the elevator. Our condo was just a few steps away from the elevator on the second floor where the views are spectacular. The 75" large Smart TV, with full cable, and cozy warm gas fireplace was icing on the cake. We went to the dock and bought fresh fish often. We cooked fresh crab puffs, cedar plank salmon sushi, and blackened rockfish in the fully stocked kitchen, which had all of the spices we needed. We heard there was a popular restaurant named Georgie's that was just a block away. If you haven't been there, you're missing out. Our grandkids came to visit. Beach access was just across the road. We could watch them go for walks by the ocean & flew kites. They loved it. We are looking forward to renting this again in 2024.

Amazing Property

I rented this condo from Diana, it was Amazing! It is fully furnished and she clearly spends time on the personal touches! It was CLEAN and very COMFORTABLE. The views are astonishing! I felt very safe. at home, and absolutely will book again! Felt like a 5 star hotel! The beds are so comfy and there was plenty of room for my whole family. Diana is a pleasure to work with, always responds and is very sweet. This property is a GEM!!!

Best place I've rented so far

I would rent this condo again in a heartbeat. The owner of the condo is so reasonable and fair. I read the prior review saying the condo was filthy and have to say that that person must have been trying to get out of rent because that is absolutely not the case. Waking up every morning opening up the sliding glass door to the balcony and smelling that Fresh Ocean Air and watching the whales was an unforgettable experience. It is in the heart of Newport everything is within either walking distance or a short drive. The neighbors are very friendly and the condo was quiet. All of the amenities were there from baking to cooking my favorite dish. The beds are incredibly comfortable and there's plenty of room. I felt very safe there as well.

Great location, filthy condo

The condo was filthy. Ive been a renter for 10+ years, and this was absolutely shocking. Upon my arrival the condo was neat and tidy. The owner had several scentsy candles plugged in that were very strong. I personally am not a huge fan of any artificial smell so upon my moving in, I unplugged them. Within a day of me living in the space, I began smelling fowl odor, like dog dander throughout the condo. It was also then I began to notice how dirty it was. The floors and cupboards were sticky/grimy, the couch had large stains and had a noticeable bad odor. When I confronted the owner about the cleanliness, she was offended & essentially told me that I was lying about how bad it was. When I requested the carpets & couch to be cleaned, the owner told me that she would have them recleaned, & took $50 off my rent. After the carpets were recleaned it still smelled horrible. I had to have fans running at all times. Do not rent this place unless you absolutely have no other option.
