AMAZING!!!!

I stayed with Lisa for three months, and she was an absolutely amazing roommate. The property is in a great location, close to many coffee shops and great food, with plenty of available parking and just a very clean house in general. The backyard is also amazing, with a hot tub that is perfect for soaking and relaxing. You can even spot hummingbirds while you're out there. Lisa is very communicative and welcoming. I truly felt like I had my own space with my room and the additional room with the TV. Her dog, Max, is also very sweet and well trained.

Lisa is good people

I stayed with Lisa during a 10-month-long position at the World Center for Birds of Prey. The property is in a great location within a good neighborhood, the furnishings were good and the perks were nice. Lisa is a great landlord/roommate. Very down to earth, understanding of individual situations, and clean. Unlike every other rental I've stayed at, the hot tub worked year-round which is a nice thing to come home to after a day in the Boise winter! Honestly no complaints at all, I really enjoyed my stay here.
