Recommend stay

This property was in a perfect location! Allowing me to walk and explore without having to get a car. However, when I did rent a car, I had a parking spot ready. The place is pretty much exactly like the pictures with some normal wear and tear. There is everything you need and more from previous guests. I have added an air fryer and new pan to the collection. Definitely recommend staying and the host was super friendly and nice!

Downtown stay

I had a great stay here! Huyen was super flexible with my needs and provided a fantastic place and location for me. Included everything I needed for a short stay and more. The location is convenient to everything downtown and safe. Thanks again!

I stayed here while on a contract at Queen's Medical Center and it was so convenient to walk to work. This place was very cozy and close to everything. She was very good at communicating and made the move in process easy. I would rent here again!

Huyen is the most understanding and helpful landlord ive had since moving here from VA. She is very responsive if you need anything and will work with you in regards to your circumstances. This place is also perfect for saving money to move somewhere else later. Solid location as well. Nothing but great things to say about this place and Huyen!

Cozy apartment

I had a great experience staying at Huyens place. The location is extremely convenient, especially if youre working at the nearby hospitals.The space itself is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly helpful, always available to answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in the area!

Great location to Straub medical center

This location is fantastic! It's incredibly convenientif you walk briskly, you can reach Straub Medical Center in about 4 minutes. Plus, the beach is just a short distance away, so you can easily relax by the ocean whenever you want. Huyen is wonderful to deal withsuper friendly, easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond. She also gave me great advice, making the entire experience even better.

Great Location

Cool little spot, close to hospitals, all the action in town and the airport. Super easy freeway access and the unit contains all the essentials you need! The property manager is very nice and easy to get ahold of. If youre wanting to stay in town this is a great option!

A true gem!

If you are working at any of the hospitals, this is definitely the best place to be. I was working at Queen's and it was a 6 minute walk to the hospital which was great. This apartment is in a really convenient location and close to the hospitals of course, but also to grocery stores, the beach, and easy access to the freeway which makes getting around the island really easy. H is an absolutely wonderful and accommodating landlady and extremely easy to get in touch with. The apartment itself is very clean and cozy with all necessary kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom items. Pretty much anything you could possibly need, this apartment has it. You can sometimes hear the street and cars, but it's not bad at all, and to be expected being in the heart of the city. The area is very safe and secure as well. 10/10 would stay again!
