100% RECOMMEND

I moved in to this apartment thinking that I would only be there for 3 months, but ended up staying a full year. The apartment is new, has great appliances, well working AC/heat, etc. The only maintenance issue I ever ran into was once blowing a fuse, and the landlord had that fixed within 30 minutes of me texting him! The location is amazing- so much within 5 min walking distance but also easily walkable to downtown. Super quick walk to both City Park and Cheeseman Park. The neighborhood itself was also very safe! Apartment came with an off-street parking spot as well, however street parking was always available. The landlords were so so sweet and very responsive! Anytime I saw them they ask if I needed anything/how things were going. Id recommend this apartment to anyone!

Don't Do It

Do yourself a favor and don't do it. This is the worst landlord experience I've ever had in all my years of traveling. Their dog attacked me twice! And just continued to leave their door open and dog outside. Tried to blame me for their dog biting me, and made nasty comments. Always made excuses and never took responsibility. You can hear everything happening upstairs and conversations in office into the bedroom, which is a big HIPPA violation. I had to break this lease, worst experience ever!
