Homestead 2 Bedroom Walk Out Downstairs Mother in Law Suite Near Lake and City

Great location and great amenities!

We absolutely loved our stay with Lindsay in Littleton! My wife and I booked a 3 month lease at the house and Lindsay made every step of the process easy. From move in to Amazon packages to fresh eggs drop off to move out, every step was met with ample communication and a helpful attitude. The space is nicely remodeled and gives you a taste of the country life but with all of the necessary amenities within a 5 minute drive. The lake is a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk from the house. They have put a lot of thought into making it a comfortable and private space with a private entry way and fenced in yard for the pups Although it is a garden level unit, the space has a lot of windows and keeps a good temperature, even when it was 100+ degrees outside! Thanks so much Lindsay! For anyone looking for a great place to stay and get a taste of the lake life ( and to get spoiled with plenty of farm fresh eggs ) look no further!

Egg-cellent location!

My partner and I stayed here for two months this fall. Highlights of our stay were definitely the location (it is walking distance to highline canal trail and backdoor trails of Chatfield state park), the friendly neighborhood, the rural setting, and and of course the FREE EGGS. Seriously, if you want farm fresh eggs that would normally cost you like $8 dollars at Whole Foods, then this the place for you! The rental space itself is comfortable and spacious. It is in the basement so there is some noise from upstairs, but it was quiet during the day and never a concern for us while we WFH. L and Ry are great hosts and very responsive if anything comes up during your stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it!
