Wonderful French Style 1 Bedroom Apartment w Garden Patio /Pool/Spa/Gym - Walk to Caltrain

French-Styled Apartment in Mountain View

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for 9 months and throughly enjoyed our residency there. My wife is a contract Traveling RN at Stanford Hospital, and this location worked well for her. I work from home, and the apartments location and specific placement in the complex worked well for me too, as the environment is extremely quiet 90% of the time. Being conveniently situated near the swimming pool and gym, sometimes (but not often) on Sundays or holidays there would be tenants at the pool who we could hear, but at no time even then did we find it particularly noisy or disturbing. The apartment itself is comfortable with French styling and atmosphere. The kitchen is spacious enough, well appointed, and even includes an espresso machine and bread maker. The bedroom furniture is comfortable, and on hot nights (we cant sleep in a hot bedroom) the air-conditioning unit in the living room cools the whole place most adequately. The landlords bookshelf in the bedroom was a welcome surprise, as the titles are varied in scope, international in interest, while also including titles related to California itself. The apartment includes a little porch with plants that help to provide privacy, and are no problem to water and care for. They, along with feeders, attract a number of birds, including hummingbirds, finches, titmouses, towhees, and chickadees. The apartment is well equipped with everything you should need, including washer/drier and smart TV. The apartment comes with a keyless system which conveniently opens all areas of the complex via your cell phone app. The landlord is easy to work with and was very respectful of our privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and highly recommend this apartment and its location.

Cute and fost home place to stay

The place is so clean and has a french vibe, a lot of books and details of art that are perfect to feel Like youre in a real home. Also me and my husband love the patio that has a lot of birds coming to the flowers so if you want to do something different you can Eat breakfast there and drink your coffee. Ifs an amazing place to leave, the community is super nice, most pf them young couples, families, a lot of dogs. A plus is that the owner is always eager to help and there to Take care if something is not working right. I would definitely choose the place again being Close to everything having everything for the house that I needed and also a super peacefull and happy community.

Excellent location near amenities and public transport. Beautifully furnished apartment with great amenities including a pool and gym. Walking distance to supermarkets (Safeway) and cafes (Starbucks). Highly recommended!
