Fantastic stay!

My husband and I loved staying at this property. We stayed here for six months while I worked at the hospital. The location is perfect, with a short drive to both Red Hook and town. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need to be comfortable. Our favorite part was the ocean view from both the living room and bedroom. We kept the sliding doors open to enjoy the ocean breeze and rarely needed the AC. Since the unit faces east, you'll wake up to beautiful sunrises, the sea sparkling in the distance, and bananaquits chirping each morning. Parking is directly in front of the unit, and the community is lovely. There are three well-maintained pools, and the landscaping is beautifully cared for. Within walking distance are Oasis, Mim's Seafood, and Iggies Beach Bar, which has live music nightly and a late-night kitchen. This property is an excellent value, and the owner is incredibly responsive. I highly recommend it for both first-time visitors and longtime island lovers.

We loved our 5 month rental experience. The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. The condo faces east and gets a beautiful sunrise. Both sides of the condo have large sliding doors -- plenty of sunlight & a consistent sea breeze. The views of the cove are truly spectacular. My wife worked at the hospital and had a 10 minute commute. The parking spot is right in front of the unit. I worked remotely and was very pleased with the internet connection & speed. The complex has a generator so we always had peace of mind that we would have consistent power without interruption. The condo maintenance staff do a great job maintaining the landscaping & keeping the pools clean. We loved using the pools -- one of which sits on sea cliff and has a sunset view - truly breathtaking. Having access to the pools , tennis / pickle ball courts and being a short walk down the hill to the beach are major perks of staying here. My wife & I would absolutely recommend staying here
