Truly a great neighborhood with respectful and friendly neighbors. The entire complex is well maintained throughout all seasons, with a great pool for the summer. Super easy 10-15 minute drive to Dartmouth-Hitchcock hospital. Two parking spots included, plenty of space for the 3 of us who rented a 2 bed unit. Charles is a great landlord and quick to respond or help with anything to make your stay enjoyable!
This was great for my summer contract. Great location being close to things. The unit was comfortable & having an accessible pool was a nice bonus. Would stay here again!
The place was great, very clean, homey and quiet! There is plenty of parking outside and a ton of storage inside. Very close to Dartmouth and APD hospital, convenient for inclement weather. Charles is the best landlord, very helpful and responsive. Always willing to help. Making our stay great!

My family and I moved to New England in 2020 and have been out here ever since. Lived in New Mexico, Washington , Arizona, and Texas while working as a mining engineer. I love outdoors in the summer and winter, from riding ATVs and snowmobiles on trails to Kayak and fishing. I have had the opportunity to work and meet with people from different parts of the country and world, I make traveling a habit.
