Perfect Studio

I cannot say enough great things about my stay here! It's the perfect size studio with everything you could possibly need- plus access to laundry without having to step outside! It was also perfect having my dog there as well, with a fenced in backyard and sidewalks just down the street for easy walks! Monica was also very responsive and I always felt comfortable reaching out for anything. The parking was never a problem & the neighborhood is so cute and close to the freeway! I will miss it here and would absolutely come back in the future!

M was extremely responsive to any issues I brought to her attention and worked around my nightshift schedule as best as possible. Street parking can be a pain, but the farthest I ever had to park was around the corner, and didnt have any issues with car break ins. The other renters of the front house were friendly and loved on my dog. They helped me feel welcome while traveling on my first ever assignment, definitely going to miss them! Kitchen worked well for my needs and plenty of space for all my belonging including my dogs bed, toys, and large crate.
