Convenient location and friendly home near hospitals and schools

Great location / amazing host.

Ive rented rooms before from owners who stay at the home whenever I do assignments and this home by far has been my favorite. Diane has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. She will go out of her way, if you need something she doesnt have; toaster, different bed. The other roommates are respectful and I appreciate that Diane asks for a background check for all people staying in the home. I love the laid back style of the way she does business. I was able to book a room with in two days, inquired on a Friday, moved in on a Sunday. I originally had a place 1.5 hrs away from work area in the first 2 weeks of being in WA. No contract needed to be signed and my rent for half a month was prorated when others wanted whole months payment for half the stay. Shes been wonderful. Not only did I have a wonderful, comfortable stay in Seattle but found a lifetime friend as well.

Good temp room to stay while moving to the area

Diane was a great host and accommodating. Room was in good shape with all the normal amenities. The house has quiet hours, and both Diane and the other room tenants were very respectful of everyones space and kept the noise to a minimum. It was good being able to stay here while commuting to UW and scouting out places to eventually move into. Definitely recommended for anyone else starting a new job in the area needing a temp place to stay.
